Magnolia House - LIMITED EDITION

This home has a lovely, realistic layout with three bedrooms and one bathroom. I have converted the second bedroom into a home office and left the third bedroom empty so that you can decorate it as you please for additional family members.  

The landscape is included with the home and this build can be placed on the ground or in the sky. The MINIMUM amount of space needed is 64x64. I would highly recommend that your parcel be at least 1/8th of a sim for this home as anything smaller may not give you the required prims for the build or any prims left for rezzing your own items. The landscape can be detached if you wish to have the decorated house only. The price is not affected by this as this is a limited edition home.
